Facilitation and Coaching

I work with the living dynamics of groups to create the conditions for genuine dialogue, connection, and meaningful change.

My facilitation and coaching practice supports:

  • The full range of views and feelings to be voiced and heard, so that real understanding can emerge across the system

  • Differences to be surfaced and honoured and integrated rather than suppressed

  • The conditions for unexpected possibilities to take shape, and real commitment to decisions to occur

  • Enhanced capacity for groups and leaders to face challenges, navigate difference and uncertainty, reclaim agency, build something new, and to lead with integrity, courage and care

I am an integrative facilitator and coach, and draw on Lewis Deep Democracy, Systemic Constellations and Integral Development in my facilitation and coaching practice.

The values that guide my work are:

  • Radical clarity: naming decisions or truths, even when it is uncomfortable, with precision and care

  • Radical inclusiveness: working with the full range of voices, perspectives and experiences present in the system, including unheard views or ones that bring up discomfort or challenge

  • Radical maturity: supporting teams to move from reactivity to genuine responsibility and for leaders to own their rank with healthy authority

  • Radical development: believing that growth is always possible, and that challenge and discomfort is one of its primary conditions

  • Radical kindness: holding all of this with warmth, humanity and deep respect for the people in the process

What to expect

Depending on what your team needs, you can expect a combination of:

  • Dynamic conversations and group or personal processes that surface powerful insights and decisions

  • Reflective distinctions and honest mirrors that reveal how your team is actually functioning

  • Embodied practices that build new collective capacities and awareness over time

  • Work with archetypes and narratives to surface the stories teams and or/leaders are living within and what they might be called to step into next

  • Typological frameworks as tools for self-knowledge and mutual understanding, used in service of growth and development rather than categorisation

You can expect to be challenged, and to learn and grow as a leader, as a team or organisation.
