I am a culture specialist with over a decade of experience showing hundreds of people in multi-sector contexts how to work with difference, tension and conflict to create healthy and productive cultures.
I bring skill in guiding others to create environments that are powered by difference and strong relationships, and ready to navigate a rapidly changing world.
My approach is based on warm practicality, powerful insight, dynamic facilitation and teaching, as well as in depth understanding of relational, organisational and team dynamics - I can diagnose how these are shaping current challenges, and how to skilfully find wise and elegant next steps.
My passion is supporting leaders and teams to be fully alive in their work, open to learning and growth, and living their potential with ease and fulfilment.
