I bring skill in guiding others to create environments that are powered by difference and strong relationships, and ready to navigate a rapidly changing world.

My approach is based on warm practicality, powerful insight, dynamic facilitation and teaching, as well as in depth understanding of relational, organisational and team dynamics - I can diagnose how these are shaping current challenges, and how to skilfully find wise and elegant solutions.
