Facilitation and Coaching
I bring over a decade of facilitation and coaching experience helping individuals, leaders, and teams build the skills, awareness, and behaviours that create cultures of growth and high trust. People I work with report greater self-awareness, clearer communication, and increased courage and participation after our time together.
My coaching begins with building trust, and I bring warm practicality, presence, and sharp insight as coach that allows clients to start doing real work on what matters most to them from the very first session.
My facilitation practice creates conditions for the full range of views and feelings in a team to be voiced and heard. It creates space for differences to be surfaced and integrated rather than suppressed, for unexpected possibilities to take shape and genuine commitment to decisions to occur based on clarity.
Over time, this work builds capacity in leaders and teams to face difficulty skilfully, reclaim agency, lead with integrity, repair relationships, and to self-correct when they find themselves off track.
I draw primarily on Integral Development, Deep Democracy, and Systemic Constellations in my approach.
