I work with the living dynamics of groups to create the conditions for genuine connection, dialogue and meaningful change.
My facilitation and coaching practice supports the full range of views and feelings to be voiced and heard, so that real clarity can emerge.
It creates space for differences to be surfaced and integrated rather than suppressed, for unexpected possibilities to take shape and real commitment to decisions to occur.
Over time, it builds capacity for groups and leaders to skilfully face challenges, navigate difference and tension, reclaim agency, lead with integrity and care, to repair relationships, and to self-correct when they find themselves off course.
I am an integrative facilitator and coach, drawing on Lewis Deep Democracy, Systemic Constellations and Integral Development in my practice.
